At CoinsUpSports LLC, we strive to provide a valuable service to our users. Our refund policy is designed to offer a fair resolution while maintaining the integrity of our platform. Please review the following terms regarding refunds:

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds may only be requested within 30 days of the initial purchase date and only under special circumstances.

  • Refund requests will be considered only if no picks have been placed on the account. If any picks have been placed, the refund request will be denied.

  • Refunds are only applicable to purchases made directly through the CoinsUpSports platform. Items purchased via third-party providers, promotional offers, or as part of a bundle are not eligible for refunds.

Faulty or Unavailable Services

  • In cases where a service is faulty, not as described, or unavailable, customers are entitled to a refund. Proof of the issue may be required to process the refund.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

  • Once login credentials are emailed to you, no refunds will be given.

  • Requests for refunds outside the 30-day window will generally not be honored unless in exceptional cases.

Processing Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of the approved refund request.

  • If the original payment method is unavailable, an alternative method will be arranged, at the discretion of CoinsUpSports LLC.

Abuse of Refund Policy

  • CoinsUpSports LLC monitors refund requests to prevent abuse or fraudulent behavior. Excessive, unreasonable, or repetitive refund requests may lead to the refusal of future refunds or access to the platform.



Dispute Policy

  • Clients who improperly dispute charges or request chargebacks with their bank will be permanently banned from the platform. If you have any issues regarding your payment, please contact our customer support team at support@coinsupsports.com before initiating a chargeback.
